1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sooda ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sooda is a K-beauty review community platform where users can write product reviews, earn reward points ("Bubbles"), and redeem them for gift cards. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must join our Discord server to participate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1 Third-Party Platform Integration

Discord Integration

Our service integrates with Discord. By connecting your Discord account, you authorize us to access certain information from your Discord profile. You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service when using our platform.

TikTok Integration

Our service integrates with TikTok to enable account linking and enhance your community experience. By connecting your TikTok account, you:

• Authorize us to access your TikTok profile information through the official TikTok API
• Agree that we will securely store and process your TikTok account information solely for the purposes of providing and improving the Service
• Understand that we comply with TikTok's Developer Terms and API Guidelines
• Must comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines

You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time through your account settings. We use TikTok integration exclusively to enhance community features and user experience. We do not use your TikTok data for any purposes outside the scope of our Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of reviews and content you submit. By posting content, you grant Sooda a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

5. Bubbles & Rewards

Bubbles are reward points with no cash value. Sooda reserves the right to modify earning rates, redemption options, and reward values at any time. Bubbles cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post fake, misleading, or spam reviews
• Manipulate the Bubbles system through fraudulent activity
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any accumulated Bubbles may be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sooda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
